Caravans can be brought in with a towing vehicle. The caravan must be registered in the home country and be equipped with a number plate and nationality sticker. The insurance documents for the towing vehicle must cover the caravan.

Rearding insurance for caravans, it must be apparent from the insurance documents for the towing vehicle that the insurance also covers the caravan.

The max. allowed length of a motor vehicle with trailer/caravan is set to 18.5 m.
