Some periods are naturally more popular than others. The most popular periods include:
• Summer, particularly during the Danish school holidays, which run from
   approx. 20 June to early August.
• The autumn holidays (school half-term, mid-to-late October).
• Easter holidays.
• Winter holidays (school half-term, one week in February).

In these very popular periods, the holiday houses/apartments are rented out mainly on a weekly basis and it is, therefore, recommended to book well in advance. At other times of the year, it is usually possible to book shorter stays, e.g. weekend or mid-week breaks.
